1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we provide free worldwide shipping since the brand kept growing, we moved to different warehouses in distributed locations so we can handle a worldwide shipping.
2. How long are the shipping times?
Please allow 7 to 15 business days delivery to the U.S.
International orders, it can take between 10 to 20+ business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.
3. When will my order be shipped?
We fulfill orders within 2-3 business days after the payment is received and hand them over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world.
4. How do I track my order?
Orders can be tracked via tracking # that we provide you upon post purchase. Additionally, you can track your order via "Track Your Order" page from our website.
5. How secure is my payment?
We use Paypal checkouts since is one of the safest payment gateways available today. Your are protected by PayPal against fraud and your information cannot be stored in our servers.
6. How do i change or cancel my order?
We encourage you to check every detail before ordering. Sending us a message before the first 24 hours from the payment we can make a change, otherwise we can´t.
7. Why do my order arrived but in two different packages/days?
Our warehouses are located in different locations with the purpose to reach more people and being able to deliver a worldwide shipping, so some products may arrive before the other. Don't worry, it will be delivered within a few days.
8. My order arrived but it is damaged or defective?
We know how frustrating this situation can be. In that case, please ensure to send us an e-mail at info@beautemagnet.com within 30 days of delivery date and we will provide return instructions for damaged or defective item. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective.
